Quinoa, my new favorite grain

What a delight! I had tried Quinoa twice before i started this cooking experience. It’s light, absorbing flavor well, fast too cook, and, best of all, super yummy!

Recipe i used:

  • White Quinoa
  • Chicken Stock
  • Almond
  • Green Onion
  • Carrot
  • A drizzle of fresh lime juice
  • Sea salt
